Nell McAndrew

Biography Nell Pictures Talk About Nell

Nell McAndrew, 24, a British model from Leeds, six-feet tall, with a 34D-24-34 figure, auburn hair and green eyes, is one of the many young models whose career took a boost after they appeared on the front page of a British tabloid.

In Nell's case, it was her appearance in the front page of The Daily Star, last January, that did it. Radio and TV producers went after her and maybe that is what caught Core's attention.

She's now the official real life Lara Croft, and if she continues playing this role, we're sure the fans will be having a hard time figuring out their favourite!

She probably will be around some time, as she is promoting Tomb Raider: The Movie, doing publicity shots at licensing shows. This doesn't mean she will be chosen as the actress to play Lara, at the moment she's just a model doing her work.

Nell's Interview to the Daily Star

NELL'S NEW LOOK

She’s the babe who loves to shock

By JANE O'GORMAN

It's a case of hair today, gone tomorrow for sensational babe Nell McAndrew.

The model who was shorn to be wild has swopped her trademark auburn crop for a striking new peroxide blonde look.

The change of image is set to make her a bigger star than ever.

"I took the plunge last week," says Nell. "I didn't have the nerve to dye it myself so I popped along to my favourite hairdresser and said 'do your worst!'.

"I must admit I was a bit stunned when I first looked in the mirror but the fairer colour really makes my green eyes twinkle.

"Besides, I felt it was time for a change."

Nell admits that she gets easily bored with how her locks look - even though they are only an inch long.

"I love to shock and I love to look different," says the 23-year-old from Leeds.

"I'm a bit of a chameleon on the quiet. I love the surprised look on people's faces when I walk in and I look totally different from the last time they've seen me.

"Like all models, I like to to make an impression but unlike many I'm prepared to take chances with my looks.

"So far I've been lucky no one has fallen on the floor laughing at me yet."

Red-hot Nell admits she models herself on catwalk queen Linda Evangelista.

"She is always reinventing herself and changing her style and I admire that," says Nell.

At six-feet tall and boasting a sex-sational 34D-24-34 figure, Nell shot to fame in the last month all thanks to The Daily Star.

We put her into the limelight on the front page of the newspaper and she hasn't looked back since.

Telly and radio producers are clamouring to get the crew-cut cutie on their shows.

"I love all the media attention," she says, "but my first love is still modelling. I know I've got a good body and I thoroughly enjoy showing it off."

For this exclusive undie-cover shoot with us, Nell chose the exquisite lingerie designed by Suzanne Boisvert.

"I love beautiful things and these items were a pleasure to wear," says Nell. "In particular I liked the blue slip with the red trim. Combined with my cropped blonde hair and green eyes I think I look rather fab."

CYBERBABE Lara Croft has captured the heart of a lonely computer king. Millionaire Dylan Wilk, 24, fell head-over-heels for the gorgeous, gun-toting Tomb Raider heroine - alias top model Nell McAndrew - when she turned up at a party to celebrate the fourth birthday of his computer game company Gameplay. Despite making all those megabucks from his mega-bytes, the eligible bachelor has never been lucky in love and even hit the headlines with his hunt for a woman. But now Dylan reckons he's found the perfect partner in Lara Croft - the babe who hooked a whole generation on desert shorts and big bazookas. He says: "I've been saying for ages that all I want is a woman who I can share everything with. "And after seeing Lara in the flesh, I think I might have found her. "Computer games have brought me wealth - and now it looks like they have brought me the girl, too." It's been a real rags-to-riches story for entrepreneur Dylan. He started life on benefit on a Bradford council estate...and now expects to turn over 15million this year. He says: "My main driving force at the beginning was making money, but you can get bored very quickly of material things. "I might have a Ferrari and a Jacuzzi, but they're not much fun when you have to use them alone."

Superbabe Nell is super-hot

Exclusive by Dawn Neesom

FIRST there was Mel, then there was Kel but now meet the hottest thing to hit the modelling scene EVER - sizzling superbabe Nell.

The breathtakingly beautiful six footer has triggered a major totty tussle as Britain's top agencies battle to sign her up and turn her into the girl for the Millenium.

And incredibly it's all since lean and luscious Nell McAndrew shaved off her long blonde hair to go bald.

"A few weeks ago I was a Marilyn Monroe lookalike and blokes treated me like a bimbo," the 23 year old Leeds lass confesses. "Now they treat me with nothing but respect. I don't have a boyfriend but men can't get enough of the cropped look - and I can't get enough of them. It's the best thing I've ever done."

Nell admits her lack of locks has given her the confidence she never had with hair and as a result she agreed to pose nude for the first time ever. And as you can see from our stunning photos a girl doesn't need tumbling tresses to turn heads.

"This is the look of the future,"Helen Smith of top model agency Smithys states. "Strong, bold and dynamic. It says 'Watch out boys, here I come'. The blonde Pammy look has been around for far too long, everyone's fed up with it. Nell is incredibly sexy, she's got a great career ahead of her."

Nell - a curvy 34D/24/34 - went for the chop two weeks ago while filming a drinks commercial in Germany. The director suddenly decided he wanted a Demi Moore - who shaved her head for the movie GI Jane - looking girl. It took Nell two minutes to decide to say goodbye to her white blonde shoulder length style.

"There was a little voice inside saying 'what if it looks terribe?" she admits. "But then I thought I can always wear a wig. I knew I didn't have any unusual bumps or scars on my head so I just went for it.

"I didn't look in the mirror until it was finished because I didn't want to change my mind when it was only half done!

"My family were pretty surprised when I went home bald and mum made sure she phoned and warned my grandparents before I went around to show them, but luckily everyone loves it."

From spending an hour teasing and tweaking her hair into place every morning super-sporty Nell - who trains in a gym every day - now literally washes and gos. A quick rub over with a towel and her hair is 'styled'.

"Everybody takes a second look and most people want to have a stroke as well," she adds. "It's very liberating - nobody is surprised by anything I do so I can behave as outrageously as I want. And believe me I intend to. You ain't seen nothing yet!"
